KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Industries Sector Executive - Financial Services to join our Clients & Markets organization.


  • Operate as a core member of the cross-functional Financial Services Sector leadership team

  • Provide guidance and indirect oversight to marketing and sales support resources

  • Organize and participate in the development and execution of the Sector's growth strategy and goals

  • Effectively represent the Sector leadership team and can clearly articulate the Sector's overall strategy and objectives with key constituents and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with the cross-functional Sector leadership team and Clients and Markets leadership in the ongoing development and execution of training and industry community initiatives

  • Orchestrate the completion of sector-specific initiatives and requests driven by Global Markets (account planning, Sector business planning)


  • Minimum eight years of recent operational/strategy business experience or client service experience; preferably from a professional services firm

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Experience in business plan development, strategy, analysis and execution is a plus

  • Project management experience

  • Experience facilitating diverse stakeholders around complex issues

  • Domain knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services sector/business
