job purpose The Digital Reporting & Analytics Manager will be part of a newly created eCommerce team at fairlife and will be critical to driving our digital evolution. This role will be responsible for driving the reporting and business monitoring strategy of the eCommerce business at fairlife, supporting the growth of its digital sales (via pure-play and omnichannel retailers, as well as digital intermediaries). Key responsibilities include preparing and automating reports, analyzing performance data, highlighting digital commerce channel trends, clearly communicating results, and providing actionable eCommerce category insights to key stakeholders. You will own the delivery of performance dashboards across our brands and customers/platforms and use analytics to identify business opportunities and measure effectiveness of tactics. A successful candidate brings an understanding of how data can be translated into high-impact insights that inform and transform the way we engage with our customers and deliver business value.

responsibilities:

  • Lead digital reporting & analytics for eCommerce, providing visibility and measurement of digital commerce business uncovering insights and opportunities in data. Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams to understand business performance, recommend enhancements and make informed decisions.

  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports, communicating data analysis and performance metrics that bring forth clear insights, takeaways, and recommendations.

  • Execute analysis for key customers within the Digital Commerce channel including eCommerce category insights, identifying omnichannel trends, measuring effectiveness of online promotions and SKU performance.

  • Deliver digital commerce category and channel insights utilizing a variety of third-party data sources and internal data to support sales and customer teams identify opportunities and develop strategies to grow category leadership online.

  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative research to provide guidance, thought leadership and education to cross-functional partners and counterparts.

  • Utilize a variety of data sources including Nielsen and Proprietary data as well as software such as Excel and Power BI to create tools and reporting capabilities and collaborate with stakeholders to plan for future analytics needs.

  • Serve as subject matter expert for digital analytics, develop best practices to enable stakeholders to leverage data, promote reporting/dashboard adoption and gather feedback to improve effectiveness

key relationships and partnerships: fairlife marketing, commercial, sales, Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) eCommerce team

skills/qualifications required:

  • Bachelor?s Degree required

  • 5+ years in business intelligence/analytics field, specifically for digital shopping experiences and consumer journeys, CPG experience a plus

  • Extremely skilled at creating reports and dashboards in third-party and in-house BI reporting tools

  • Passionate about storytelling via data

  • Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe/Omniture/Google Analytics)

  • Experience with data visualization and knowledge of BI tools a plus (Microsoft PowerBI preferred)

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and eCommerce technology/applications

  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple areas of the eCommerce business with versatility and flexibility

  • Highly motivated, a self-starter, and curious, demonstrating an aptitude for problem solving and ability to quickly learn and add value

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across several groups in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Superb communication skills, including strong oral and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and interact at all levels

  • Strong influencing skills

  • High proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs
