Randstad is currently recruiting for Keying Specialists in the Chicago area! This role is paying $16.30 an hour and is a 1st shift role! The hours are 1st Thu-Mon 7:00am 3:30pm. Must be able to type EITHER 30 WPM or 9,000KPH. Randstad offers direct deposit and weekly pay along with health Benefits!

Responsibilities

Responsible for reviewing and performing analysis of items forwarded to the eight AIC Exception Queues

Have an understanding of document types and classify them correctly.

Have a thorough understanding of transaction boundaries.

Employee must have detailed knowledge of all Lockbox Check Negotiation SOP’s including but not limited to Payee Verification Process, Foreign and Canadian Items, Restrictive Notation, Check Date Handling, Match & Compare and Special Healthlogic Match & Compare

Position requires working knowledge of check negotiation and ability to identify the six key points of negotiability to determine if checks are acceptable for deposit.

Must have detailed knowledge of Credit Card processing – how to identity, process and understand proper risk controls.

Must have the ability to review and analyze rejected items and make next-step decision – determine if items will be reprocessed or returned to client.
