Robert Half International Customer Service Representative in Chicago, Illinois

Our client, a growing telecommunications company, is hiring for a Customer Service Administrator to join their first brick and mortar US office location at their WeWork space! This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing business that supports one of Chicago's largest Fortune 500 companies. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and would love the opportunity to be the first touch point for all clients! Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Act as first point of contact for customers, staff and vendors contacting the help center. ? Provide world class customer services by ensuring all incident and requests are dealt with effectively and efficiently. ? Log all service and incident requests that are received via telephone or Email onto the Ticketing tool. ? Ensure all relevant information is logged into the ticketing tool. This includes user contact information, location, severity and clear summary of issue. ? Logs cases with 3rd party providers, ensures providers perform within service agreement and escalates appropriately internally and to the providers if service performance is below expectations ? Monitor work progress and proactively informing engineers of breached or near breached tickets based on contractual service agreements. ? Assign tickets to appropriate team members while considering workloads and experience levels. ? Monitor work progress and proactively informing engineers of breached or near breached tickets based on contractual service agreements. ? Obtain feedback from the support engineers to update issues/tickets accordingly. ? Manage the clients? expectations and ensure that incident/request progress and resolutions are communicated to the client?s satisfaction. ? Collate customer feedback and raise any issues or concerns with the Service Desk Supervisor. ? Run reports and analyze helpdesk data as requested. ? Manage day to day administration as required. ? Monitor Dashboards for alarms on customer equipment and respond appropriately.
