Beam Suntory is looking to hire a Campus Recruiter that will be a key player helping to develop and implement campus recruitment strategies for Beam Suntory.? The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the universities and vendors central to Beam Suntory's US Campus Recruitment Strategy. This individual will be responsible for the organization and coordination of recruiting activities and events (both virtual and in-person), building relationships with professors and organizations to promote Beam Suntory's brand on campus, and the management of our end to end undergraduate recruitment process. Acting as an advisor to internal business leaders, the Campus Recruiter will be tasked with providing fresh perspective on how to best to attract and hire top undergraduate talent into Beam Suntory. ?Role Responsibilities
+ Assist with implementing our recruiting strategies for identified Universities and Colleges: Drive the development of our initial relationships with these schools, pre-qualification and screening of resumes, operational plans, diversity plans, and branding activities to attract top talent to Beam Suntory.
+ Work with our Campus Recruitment Teams in selecting members and clearly defining role responsibilities.? Help coach and train the Campus Recruitment Team members for in person or virtual campus visits and/or career fairs and help foster an inclusive and consistent recruiting process.
+ Work with HR Lead to develop and manage the campus candidate recruitment process, including defining candidate profile, crafting engagement strategy, partnering to develop communication strategies, and the creation of offer packages and facilitation of offers.
+ In addition to managing our Entry Level University Recruitment program, this individual would also partner with the business and other TA team members to help manage our summer internship program.
+ Coordinate and implement plan for on-campus/virtual interviews including posting job descriptions and handling all aspects of candidate application process.
+ Host and arrange onsite workshops to our offices, as well as virtual presentations, to engage students with our BSI teams.
+ Establish relationships with campus career centers, student organizations and key faculty to develop a highly qualified diverse talent pipeline, for Beam Suntory's entry level hiring program.
+ Arrange all on-campus and virtual events (student networking sessions, presentations, etc.) and partner with student diversity and departmental organizations to create interactive events for BSI participation.
+ Establish and maintain communication with undergraduate candidates and serve as their key point of contact throughout the interview process prior to the offer stage.
+ Collaborate with key internal stakeholders on annual hiring plans, budgets and calendars of events.
Qualifications & Experience ul>
+ Bachelor's Degree required
+ 2 years of prior recruitment experience. Prior exposure or experience running campus recruitment projects or programs is strongly preferred.
+ Ability to strategically engage, source and pipeline diverse candidate pools.
+ Ability to manage and lead a team of partners, managers and staff, through campus recruiting process and present school recruiting program and results to area leadership as appropriate.
+ Prior experience developing and implementing strategic recruitment programs.
+ Strength in organization and project management.
+ An inclusive mindset, collaborative nature and an entrepreneurial spirit
+ Proficiency working in ATS systems.
+ Previous experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
+ The interpersonal skills required to manage and lead a team of cross-functional partners through our annual process
