ownerIQ Account Manager in Chicago, Illinois

The Account Manager must be apt in building strong relationships with our customers. They will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote OwnerIQ solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. Our goal is to aid businesses to succeed while retaining and growing our accounts and business to achieve long-term relationships. In this client facing role, the ideal candidate will maintain a portfolio of accounts and be their main point of contact post-sale for campaigns. They must understand the clients bigger business needs and work to create long-term successful client relationships.   • Manage all post-sales activity including conducting kick off calls, campaign set-up, client communication and building client relationships

  • Serve as the primary liaison for communication between customers and internal teams

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the ownerIQ product offerings

  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing OwnerIQ solutions that meet their objectives

  • Collaborate and strategize with Sales on growing customer account relationships and campaign revenue

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner


  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a client facing role within the digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic experience strongly preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Proven ability in problem-solving and negotiation

  • Ability to set priorities across multiple projects and clients, manage one’s time, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
