Responsible for assessing patient needs, provide patient education and assisting physicians in the office setting.
Safety

Maintains all required records, reports, statistics, logs, files and other documents as required.

Promotes a culture of process improvement by establishing unit/department based programs that supports the system’s process improvement goals.
Actively participates on system-wide or hospital-based teams.
Role Specific Responsibilities
Assess and plan patient care needs
Assist physician in office setting
Set up, stock and clean patient rooms as needed
First Assist: Assist the operating surgeon during surgical procedures.
First Assist: Collaborates with physicians in efficient use of OR suites.
Associates Degree in Nursing
Current Illinois Registered Nurse License
BLS Certification
