The Energy Systems Intern will be involved in the following potential projects; Cash Crop High tractor starting system modeling and analysis,Power generators and regulators technical characteristics collection and comparison, and 12V start batteries performance data mining and cataloguing. Responsibilities

n

+ Create and document charging systems functional models in Matlab, MS Visual Basic

n

+ Create and document starting systems functional models in Matlab, MS Visual Basic

n

+ Support lead engineer in reviewing and documenting energy systems configurations and their performance for AG and CE products




n

Qualifications

n

n

n

+ Pursuing a minimum of a B.S. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related degree area

n

+ Must have reliable transportation to get you to and from the facility


n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n

+ Finished or attending application SW courses (Matlab, Spice, MS Visual Basic, C, C+)

n

+ Basic understanding of electrical circuits theory (First/Second Ohm's Law, Thevenin's theorem, Norton's theroem,..)

n

+ Portfolio of finished simulation models of electrical and electronic devices

n

+ Knowledge of electric machines theory

n

+ Knowledge of energy conversion devices design and functionality
