Scheduler

Our client in Bolingbrook, IL is looking to fill a full-time Scheduler. On a day to day basis, you will be confirming appointments, entering data, and creating spreadsheets. Your role will directly ensure that the customer will be getting the best service by using the inventory system to enter accurate orders and scheduling timely deliveries. This is a full-time, temporary position and is anticipated to run through the end of the year.

Responsibilities

  • Calling customers on phone

  • Entering orders into inventory system and emailing customers

  • Need to have good communication skills

  • Be Microsoft savvy {Excel}, on time for work, and detail oriented.

  • Performs other duties as assigned
