Campus Director / Enrollment and Academic

We are actively seeking an established, innovative, and inspiring leader who displays developed problem-solving and business management expertise for our Northville and Ann Arbor campuses. The right candidate exhibits a dedicated passion for serving families and have enrollment experience.

Enrollment Commitment:

  • possess the energic drive and determination needed to grow enrollment in a new market space

  • builds and fosters relationships with families during inquiries and tours

  • practices effective follow up strategies that lead to conversion

  • generates enrollment retention and referrals by upholding academic and cultural integrity

Academic Commitment:

  • communicates staff and student performance expectations, develops specific ongoing goals and objectives resulting in higher performance outcomes

  • sets clear and concise standards for the teaching staff and students to ensure a unified culture and spirit

  • appropriately manages all student academic, social and behavior issues in alignment with Brightmont policies and values

  • addresses teaching performance issues swiftly and fairly, as well, documents conflict resolution with talent department

  • maintains and upholds good standing with all of Brightmont accreditation and class approvals including, but not limited, to the Cognia, NCAA, College Board, and Private Schools Associations

Operation Commitment:

  • applies expertise and creativity to complex problems to ensure smooth day-to-day campus function

  • exhibits consistent leadership that embraces a passion for our mission and demonstrates accountability for their assigned campus(es)

  • is energized by meeting or exceeding quantitative results

  • balances and maintains a class schedule for all teachers and students weekly and monthly

Preferred candidates will have:

  • experience with alternative or non-traditional education systems

  • experience dealing directly with parents for enrollment, intake, and ongoing relationship through students? programs

  • experience with, and a passion for, delivering standards-based education to students with learning differences, including social and emotional differences

Required Qualifications:

  • bachelor?s in Education, Business, or Counseling

  • preferred master?s with Special Education or Teaching Certification

  • 3 years of Administrative School Leadership

  • 3 years of Sales, Marketing, or Admissions

  • experience in building a for-profit business

  • skilled in establishing and maintaining relationships with families

  • skilled in providing successful student academic solutions

  • experience in using data to drive decisions

Physical presence on the campus and/or corporate office is required as it is part of the essential function of the job. The particular job duties of this position may change based upon the needs of Brightmont Academy. Additional administrative duties may be assigned at the discretion of the supervisor.
