Aerotek Customer Service Representative in Barrington, Illinois
This role is responsible for answering inbound calls from customers calling in the mainline to the company. You will be the first line of communication. Customers are the number one priority and focus within this role.
Answer inbound calls, 40-60 a day
Assist customers with questions
Enter data on customer information
Assist with customer issues
Help transfer calls to other departments

1 year Customer Service Experience (office or retail)
Typing Speed of 40 wpm (only test if necessary)
