Join our team and grow with us! We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time CollectionCustomer Service Representative in our business casual Bannockburn office. The Primary role of the CollectionCustomer Service Representative is to assist customers with their existing contracts. The Position will be responsible for answering incoming customer service calls as well as making collections calls on past due accounts.

nDuties & Responsibilities n





+ Call and collect on past due accounts.



+ Answer telephones when customers call in to resolve issues on their invoices, lease terms and end of lease options. Also change addresses on customers’ accounts, handle insurance inquiries between customers and our insurance company.



+ Customer service, general research, prepare files for termination, date entry (lease renewal information)



+ Update and submit daily ledger of payments received via fax or leases already on ACH



+ Authorize and approve lease extensions, based upon experience and knowledge of the customer’s financial strengths of weaknesses.



+ Authorize and approve waiver of fees and late charges as per current policy depending upon knowledge of, or review of the customer’s history and potential future business potential.



+ Exercise discretion and independent judgment to solve disputes with customers, vendors, and sales representatives.

nRequirements n

nEducation and/or Experience n





+ High school diploma, required



+ College Degree or related experience required



+ Collections or Customer service experience preferred.



+ Must have keyboarding skills and a working knowledge of Excel and Word

+ Customer service orientation, courtesy and tact.

+ Takes initiative to learn and acquire new skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



+ Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters

+ Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
