Aerotek Call Center Representative in Bannockburn, Illinois


-Customer Service intake specialists – answer incoming calls from the community, they have 12 branches, promote and market campaigns – to all of the communities where we have our branches.

-Answering phone calls, educating the community on how the program works and what to do,

-Seek every opportunity to expand member relationships, and to retain members by addressing their concerns and increasing their satisfaction levels.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must have:

-6 months - 1year + of Customer service Experience retail, office or call center

-HS diploma

Preferred experience: Call center (They can move their way into the call center eventually)

Soft skills: communication, personality, customer oriented


-Financial institution or bank experience

-Knowledge of basic financial products and services, including online banking

-College education


-Excellent written and oral communications skills

-Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and the ability to convey warmth and appreciation over the phone. Ability to listen and understand inquiries, and to communicate both routine and complex information and instructions

-Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
