Aerotek Entry Machine Operator in Arlington Heights, Illinois

We currently have an 15 immediate openings for Production Workers / Machine Operators. The work is located in Arlington Heights, IL. The openings are for long-term, contract-to-hire work, nothing temporary. The starting pay is between $15.00 and $15.50 per hour, based on shift. We are open to entry level candidates that are willing to learn, great opportunity to learn a skillset that is in HIGH DEMAND. Work is available on both 1st and 2nd shift. These positions can start within 24 hours of applying. You will receive weekly pay checks and we have PAID overtime available.


1st Shift - 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. / $15.00 hr

2nd Shift - 3:30 p.m. to 12:300 a.m. / $15.50 hr


  • Loading the product into machine

  • Off-loading the finished product

  • Ability to work with small metal parts

  • Dipping the parts into coolant

  • Using measurement tools to measure the parts

  • Adjusting controls on the machines
