Minimum of 6 years of project management specific work. Thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of own profession and discipline. Thorough understanding of project management phases based on PMBOK: Initiate Prepare: definition/scope/requirements Execute & Control: scope, workplans, resources, deliverables, Q/A, transition planning, etc. Close: completion and assessment Monitoring and Control Knowledge of project management tools and artifacts how they can be used to manage information, processes, and stakeholders (i.e., RAID log, status reporting, project schedule, etc.). Understanding of IT organization and operations knows the context of how the project fits into that landscape Experienced working in large, global, complex organizations Strong and tested project management skills, including sponsor and risk management. Understands who the client is and what the client's needs are; provides realistic expectations; establishes specific customer satisfaction standards and actively monitors client satisfaction. Able to adapt to changing situations Strong MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint Above average communication skills written and verbalResponsibility & Accountability: Prioritizes work and anticipates consequences of actions, potential problems, or opportunities for change. Sets and meets realistic deadlines. Forecasts changes and communicates current and projected issues with quality, scope, or schedule Creates within the team a shared focus on the importance of achieving results, as required. Creates work standards for project in alignment with guidance from Cybersecurity PMO.
