Position Summary

Subject matter expert on Ex-U.S. liquidity management which includes but not limited to the following: Request, review, and process inter-company loan documentation including training on in-house bank depositing/withdrawing protocols. Where appropriate, assist local entities is establishing 3rd party uncommitted credit lines and investment accounts. Champion monthly intercompany settlements including but not limited to granting access, approving autofunding, and addressing foreign regulations Establish and monitor reasonable local excess liquidity levels. Where necessary, investigate and recommend cash extraction options. Establish and coordinate intercompany payment terms. Analyze Treasury liquidity related actuals and investigate any anomalies. Quarterly project latest best estimates for Treasury liquidity related P&L and B/S accounts Prepare annual plan for Treasury liquidity related P&L and B/S accounts Obtain, review, and present 3rd party customer credit profiles. Review and approve annual local entity financials in regards to all Treasury related P&L and B/S activity As needed, back up and/or support Treasury Manager(s) and Sr. Financial Analyst(s)


Education/Experience: BA/BS in finance, accounting or equivalent required. Graduate Degree (MBA) or equivalent preferred. Experience in Corporate Treasury, Stock/Bond Markets, accounting, commercial/investment banking and financial analysis (6 to 10 years). Requires a strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Attention to details, accountability, independent and pro-active thought and decision making skills are critical. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required. General knowledge of SAP systems and Fireapps a plus.
